Do you offer custom orders?
Custom orders are currently closed. With a newborn and two other busy little ones at home, I am giving myself the freedom to create at my own pace without the pressure of deadlines or specific requests.

For now, I will be focusing on small-batch collections and one-of-a-kind pieces inspired by whatever I feel excited to make. Thank you so much for understanding and supporting this season of Sacred Roots Jewelry.
Are the earrings heavy?
Polymer clay is naturally lightweight, although the finished weight varies by design. Approximate sizes and weights are included in each product listing whenever possible.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If you choose untracked shipping, refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed, as there is no way to confirm delivery or open a carrier investigation.

If your package was sent with tracking and appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact me and I will work with you to determine the next steps.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because of hygiene reasons, I do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry.

If there is an issue with your order, or I made an error, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. I will happily work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund for the affected item.
Can I combine multiple orders?
If you place multiple orders and would like them shipped together, please contact me as soon as possible - ideally within 12 hours of placing your order. If the orders have not yet shipped, I will do my best to combine them and refund any extra shipping charges where possible.

If you would like to add additional items to an order already purchased, please contact me to avoid additional shipping charges!
Where is my package?
Please allow time for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped. This can take up to 7 business days. Please see our Shipping section for more information on processing and shipping times.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
Possibly. International orders, including those going to the United States, may be subject to customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs depending on the destination country and the value of the package. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can you track an untracked package?
Unfortunately, no. If you select an untracked shipping option, I am not able to see where the package is once it has been mailed. If you would like added peace of mind, I strongly recommend choosing tracked shipping at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - I am happy to ship worldwide.
Why didn’t I receive a tracking number?
Not all shipping options include tracking. Lower-cost shipping options, including regular mail, are often sent without tracking. If you would like tracking, please select and pay for a tracked shipping option at checkout.

Please note: tracking to the USA is not automatic. Unlike many domestic U.S. shipments, tracking from Canada is an additional cost unless a tracked service is selected.
What materials do you use?
My pieces are made using a mix of polymer clay, resin, dried florals, beads, and metal findings, depending on the design. All earring posts are nickel- and lead-free.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are your pieces breakable?
Polymer clay jewelry is lightweight and durable, but yes - it can break if bent, dropped, or handled roughly. Please handle your jewelry with care and visit the Jewelry Care section for tips on how to keep your pieces looking their best.
Do you only make earrings?
Nope! While earrings are still a big part of what I create, I also make necklaces, bracelets, barrettes, bookmarks, and other accessories using polymer clay, resin, and dried florals. More pieces are always being added.
Will every piece look exactly the same?
Not exactly. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, pattern, or placement may occur. That’s part of what makes each piece unique. If you order multiples of the same design, they may be very similar, but not perfectly identical.
